Wind and hail damage is not always visible from the ground. SouthRidge Roofing Service inspects thoroughly after severe weather and repairs what we find, with priority scheduling for Twin Lakes, CO homeowners who just came through a storm.
Wind can lift and reseat shingles without fully detaching them, leaving a roof that looks intact from the ground but has actually lost its watertight seal. Hail impact can bruise shingles in ways that only show up as accelerated wear months later.
That's why a proper post-storm inspection involves getting on the roof, not just scanning the yard for debris.
A technician checks the full roof surface for lifted, cracked, or missing shingles, examines flashing points for separation, and looks at gutters and downspouts for damage or blockage caused by debris. Any findings are documented in writing.
Storm-related calls are prioritized ahead of routine appointments given the urgency of exposed roofing.
The technician examines the entire roof surface, not just the areas that look obviously affected.
You receive a written summary of what was found, with photos where helpful.
Depending on severity, we either complete the repair directly or stabilize the roof while a larger repair is planned.
If you plan to file an insurance claim, our written findings and photo documentation can support that process. We are not your insurance adjuster, but a clear, professional inspection report is genuinely useful evidence.
